A few fast fixes

Contacts not syncing

Check the permission toggle

Open Settings · Contacts · Trace and make sure it's turned on. Trace writes to your address book natively — if it can't see Contacts, it can't sync.

Location missing

Allow location while using the app

Auto-captured city comes from a one-time location check the moment you save a contact. Enable While Using in Settings · Privacy · Location Services.

Missing a contact

Search includes notes

Can't find someone? Search pulls from name, event, city, job title, and your private notes. Try a keyword from a note — you'll probably find them.

Subscription question

Manage through Apple

All billing happens in your Apple ID. Go to Settings · [Your Name] · Subscriptions to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. We can't see or change it on our end.
